Important: Our service creates draft replies only. We never send emails on your behalf without your explicit action. You maintain full control over reviewing, editing, and sending any drafts.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Gmail Integration and Permissions

By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize us to:

• Read emails in your inbox to analyze content and generate draft replies
• Create draft emails in your Gmail account
• Access email metadata (sender, subject, timestamps)

You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings or by disconnecting your account in our dashboard.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing, or malicious content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated draft replies are suggestions and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all drafts before sending
• We are not liable for any consequences of sending AI-generated content
• AI outputs may not always reflect your intended tone or message
• You should not rely solely on AI for critical or sensitive communications

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Agentive service, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your email content and data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

8. Payment and Billing

For paid services:

• Fees are billed in advance on a subscription basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agentive and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your email accounts and contacting us to delete your data.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including liability limitations) will remain in effect.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate
• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through our service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using our services.
